Here is the review I wrote for Goodreads: I received this book from a First Reads giveaway. I really agreed with a lot of what Gene Robinson said in this book, but I have always believed that gays should have the right to marry. There were some parts of the book that I found really repetitive and that really didn't stick to the topic of the chapter. I don't know if this book would change anyone's mind about gay marriage, but it did reaffirm some of my beliefs on civil rights in America. I'm still not quite sure that the title makes sense for the book. Yes, God Believes in Love, but it seemed that Robinson's main point was more for marriage equality, not a religious right for gay marriage.
