Book 43: The Lacuna
I am starting book #43, ;The Lacuna' by Barbara Kingsolver tonight. I don't really know what this book is about and the cover expert is too long, so I'll just say that this is "a story of a man pulled between two nations as they invent their modern identities". I have read 3 other novels by Kingsolver and really liked all of them, so I hope to like this one too.

I finally finished this book! I really liked the beginning with Harrison as a boy in Mexico and the ending when he found permanent residence in the US. There was just a lot of political theories to digest in the middle of the book and I had way to many distractions. After I read the last page I decided that I really did like this book. It had so many hidden meanings as Kingsolver puts in most of her books. I definitely plan to read this book again some day when I can devote my entire mind to it.
