Book 31: Unaccustomed Earth

I am starting 'Unaccustomed Earth' by Jhumpa Lahiri. This is a book of short stories about love and family in different parts of the world (as a short summary). I have heard very good reviews about this book. I am hoping to give this book the first 5 star rating out of the quarterly Asian theme.

    I really liked the stories in 'Unaccostumed Earth'. They were all a little similar, but had different story lines. I liked learning about all the different families from India and seeing how they felt about life in other parts of the world. My only complaint about the short stories is that all of them were so sad. I was really hoping for a happy ending between Hema and Kaushik.
