My 11th book for the challenge is 'The Red Tent' by Anita Diamant. I have heard several good reviews about this book. I am excited to learn a little more about the historical bible story of Dinah.
I just finished this book. I loved it. I thought the stories of womanhood and childbirth in those days were so interesting. The only thing I don't like about fictional historical stories like this is that I want to believe that everything happened exactly the way it was written. I really didn't know the story of Jacob's family, so now I am interested to search our bookshelves to see if we still have a bible.
I am a mom to 3 wonderful children. I have been happily married to my husband Levi since August 2001. I work as a special ed associate and love working with the incredible kids in our classroom.
